Dr. Gesiotto earned his under-graduate and medical degrees from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Gesiotto is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been practicing in Lee County since 1989.
