Ms. Ostein is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in nursing. She attended the University of Arizona School of Medicine and earned a graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She later earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado. Bev served as Captain in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps from 1969-1972. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing since 1975. She has been working with Dr. Simmons since 2001.
