Welcome to the new online access for our practice.  You are now able to obtain lab results, view your medical information and send us a question in a completely safe and secure fashion through the Internet.  Signing up is easy and once you have completed this process you will be able to eliminate many of the phone calls you previously made to our office.  Requests for medications and appointments as well as billing questions can now be done on our secure Patient Portal

Before starting, be sure you have a PIN number.  You cannot complete the sign up process without this. To request a PIN number for access to the Patient Portal, call or visit the office.

Begin by clicking the button labeled “Online Access” to the left.  This takes you to our secure website where you have access to our practice from your home.  Look for the large box on the left of the page with a big checkmark and the words “Register Now”.  Click the checkmark and you will be directed to “Register Today” in blue.  Click on Register Today, read the paragraph and click “I Accept”

This will take you to a Verification Screen where you will confirm your information and create a password.  In the box that says “User ID”, insert the PIN number given to you by our office.  When you have completed the identity verification page, click save. 

The next page will ask for your preferred method of contact.  Please indicate one of the two methods available to you.  It is our preference that you will choose the email method as this will be most efficient and beneficial method for you and your physician’s office.

Please note that our system is intended for each patient to use their own e-mail address.  We strongly recommend that you use a unique e-mail address meant especially for the retrieval of your medical information only. 

You will now be directed to the “Demographics” page so you may review and update the personal information we have in our electronic medical records system.
