Flu Vaccinations
We have regularly provided the seasonal flu vaccine at our office.
DTaP and Tdap (Tetanus)
Tetanus (Lock-Jaw) still occurs both world-wide and in the US. Periodic booster vaccinations are recommended. Pertussis is on the rise in the US. It causes debilitating cough and croup. Adults should consider this vaccine periodically as well.
Diptheria causes a severe membrane inflamation of the throat and is caused by a bacteria. The DTaP contains a booster vaccine for this contageous illness.

PneumoVax (Pneumonia Vaccine)
This vaccine protects against 23 of the 27 strains of the most common cause of community acquired bacterial pneumonia in the US. It is indicated once for all persons 65 and over. Patients with certain illnesses will be offered this vaccine at any adult age. We have provided this service for years and continue to provide this service.
Zostavax®Vaccine (Shingles Vaccine)
We are now providing Zostavax vaccination for shingles prevention. We recommend all persons age 60 and older to receive this proven vaccine to help lower the chances of getting shingles. For facts about this vaccine and pricing click here. [LINK TO FILE]
